How do I pay my Dana Siaga usage in the Jago app?

Open the Jago app.

Go to the Pockets menu.

Select the Dana Siaga Pocket.

Tap the "Pay" or "Pay Usage" button and follow the steps.
Can I pay my Dana Siaga usage or installments from another bank?
Currently, you can only pay for Dana Siaga usage and installments within the Jago app.
Via Loan Menu:

Open the Jago app.

On the Home screen, find the Loan menu and select Dana Siaga.

Tap "Pay" for Dana Siaga Usage, then select "Pay" or "Pay Installment".
Via Pocket Menu:

Open the Jago app and go to Pockets.

Select Dana Siaga and tap "Pay Usage" or "Pay".

Make sure you have enough balance in your Main Pocket to cover the usage or installments.
How do I pay Dana Siaga installments in the Jago app?
Jago will automatically deduct funds from your Main Pocket to pay your installment. Ensure you have enough balance before the due date.
You can also pay manually:

Open the Jago app.

On the Home screen, find Loan and tap My Loans.

Select the installment you want to pay and tap "Pay".

Double-check the details and tap Pay Now.
Is there an auto-debit feature for installment payments?
Yes! It’s called Auto Payment. This helps you avoid forgetting your monthly payments. The installment is deducted directly from your Main Pocket, so keep your balance ready!
Can I still use Dana Siaga if I haven’t paid my installment?
Sorry, you cannot use Dana Siaga if you still have an unpaid installment. Once paid, you can use your Dana Siaga limit again.
