Adding and transferring GoPay Simpanan balance
Adding money to GoPay Simpanan
Via Jago app
1. On your GoPay Simpanan Pocket, tap on the Add Money button
2. Type in how much money you want to add and select the Pocket source
5. Tap Add Money to finalize
Via GoPay app
1. On the GoPay Home page, tap the four arrows icon on the top right corner, then tap the Simpanan option
2. On the GoPay Simpanan page, tap the Add money button
3. Input the amount you want to top up
4. Tap the Review transfer button
5. Choose the source to add money from. You can add money from your Jago Pockets or GoPay Tabungan
6. Tap Confirm & Transfer to finalize the transaction
Transferring money from GoPay Simpanan
Currently, you can transfer money only from the GoPay app.
1. On the GoPay Home page, tap the GoPay Simpanan banner below your GoPay Coins balance
2. Tap the Transfer button
3. Select the transfer destination. You can transfer your GoPay Simpanan balance to your Jago Pockets or GoPay Tabungan
4. Tap the Review transfer button
5. Tap Confirm & Transfer to finalize the transaction
