Linking existing Auto-Budgeting and Target
For Jago app version 8.39.1(4893) and higher
If you have created a Target or Auto-Budgeting in the Savings Pocket, you can connect the two to achieve your savings target more easily and efficiently!
Connecting the existing Target to Auto-Budgeting
1. On the Pocket Details page with an active Target, tap Set Auto-Budgeting
2. Learn the benefits of the Auto-Budgeting feature, then tap Try it now
3. Select the Auto-Budgeting mode you want:
- Auto calculate based on my target: The Auto-Budgeting amount will be calculated pro-rata based on the target amount and date you choose
- Manually input the amount: You can set a routine Auto-Budgeting amount you want to the Pocket
4. Select the Pocket you want to use as the Auto-Budgeting source
5. Follow the Auto-Budgeting setup steps until complete.
Connecting the existing Auto-Budgeting to the Target
1. On the Pocket Details page with Auto-Budgeting enabled, tap Set Target
2. Learn the benefits of the Target, then tap Try it now
3. Enter the nominal target you want to achieve, then tap Next
4, You can set a target with or without a target date:
- With Target Date:
a. Turn on the Set target date toggle
b. Set the date, month and year you want to achieve this target
c. Tap Next
- Without Target Date:
a. No need to turn on the Set deadline option
b. Tap Next
5. Double-check the target amount and deadline (if any), tap Create Target
6. Target has been set!
