Level Up Your Jago Account & Enjoy More Benefits
First of all, you must be curious about the Account Level. What is it? The Account Level is a variety of benefits that you can enjoy based on the activities you do with Jago through the Jago application.
For example, by having savings of more than Rp 3 million in a Saving Pocket for a full month and linking your Jago account to one of Jago's partners, you can already enjoy all the benefits of being a Gold Jagoan. If you want even more benefits, you can increase your average daily balance to become a Platinum Jagoan.
The Account level itself consists of 4 levels, namely Jagoan, Silver Jagoan, Gold Jagoan and Platinum Jagoan. Each level offers different benefits. The higher your account level, the more benefits you can get. However, all Jagoans can still enjoy free monthly admin fees and unlimited free GoPay top-ups, regardless of your account level.
Here are the benefits of each Account Level:
1. Platinum Jagoan

- Free ATM cash withdrawal quota per month at ATM Bersama: 10x

2. Gold Jagoan

- Free transfers & e-Wallet top-ups quota per month: 50x
- Free ATM cash withdrawal quota per month at ATM Bersama: 5x
- Free Jago Visa Debit Card: 2 digital cards & 2 physical cards
3. Silver Jagoan
- Monthly admin fee & GoPay top-up: free
- Free transfers & e-Wallet top-ups quota per month: 25x
- Free ATM cash withdrawal quota per month at ATM Bersama: 3x

Because the benefits that can be enjoyed are different, the requirements for each level are also different. To become a Jagoan, there are no special requirements. However, Jagomin suggests all Jagoans to go to the next level to get more benefits.
To become a Silver Jagoan, you just need to maintain an average daily balance of at least Rp 500 thousand until the end of the month and link your Jago account to at least 1 Jago partner (Gojek or Bibit or Stockbit), which should also be done until the end of the month.
Want to go up to the Gold Jagoan level? Maintain an average daily balance of at least Rp 3 million until the end of the month and link your Jago account to at least 1 Jago partner (Gojek or Bibit or Stockbit), which should also be done until the end of the month.
Meanwhile, the highest level Platinum Jagoan doesn't require you to link your Jago account to one of Jago's partners. You only need to maintain an average daily balance of at least Rp 20 million until the end of the month.
Average daily balance calculation terms for Jago Account Levels
To make your level-up strategy more accurate, please note the following balance consolidation terms:

Excluded Balances: Balances within the Mutual Funds Pocket (Bibit), Bonds Pocket (KSEI), Stocks Pocket (KSEI), and regular GoPay Pockets are not included in the average daily balance calculation.

GoPay Upgrade: If you upgrade your GoPay to GoPay Tabungan, the balance within it will automatically be included in your level calculation.

Foreign Currency Pockets: Balances in these Pockets are included in the average daily balance calculation. However, please keep in mind that the balance value in these Pockets fluctuates based on exchange rates. Ensure you maintain sufficient funds or add to other Pockets to anticipate exchange rate changes and remain eligible for your desired level requirements.
Keep in mind that the existing benefits will be updated every month. So, you can see your newest account level on the 1st of each month. To stay at the same level or even higher, you need to make sure all the conditions above are met.
