If you lost your Jago Visa Debit Card, you don't need to panic, Jagoans.
1. Take care of your lost Jago ATM card right from the Jago application
You can directly open the Jago application to immediately delete the card. You may have several debit cards because with Jago. So, just make sure the card you delete is the lost one.
2. All transactions cannot be carried out once you delete your Jago ATM debit card
Once deleted, automatically you can no longer use it to withdraw money at ATMs or for online and offline transactions.
3. Request a new card from the Jago application to replace the lost one
To replace the lost card, you just have to request it like before. Then, wait until the new card is delivered to your home address. Very easy and practical right? No need to go to any Bank Jago branch to apply for a new debit card.
One thing to remember, deleting the card does not recover your free quota for creating physical debit cards. If your debit card is lost and you've used up all of your quota, you can still create a new debit card at an affordable cost at Rp40 thousand.
