Your Account Security
You may have logged in from your friends and family's phone or no longer use your old phone. However, your old phone is still linked and registered with your Jago account. For the sake of your account security and to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands, let's follow the tips about the devices or phones that are registered with your Jago account.
What is Linked Devices?
Devices or phones that are currently logged into your Jago account will be included in the "Linked Devices" list.
How to connect multiple devices to your Jago account
You can log in to your Jago account from 3 (three) devices at maximum in one time. You can follow how to link it here. But keep in mind that you have to check and make sure the logged in devices are yours. Then, check the last login time.
How to check devices that are linked
1. Select the More menu in the Jago application.
2. Tap the gear button in the top right corner.
3. Select Manage Device.
4. On this page, you can see logged in devices, logged out devices, and the last login time on each device.
How to remove the unused device?
1. Select the More menu in the Jago application.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Manage Device.
4. Select and tap the device that you no longer use.
