What documents does Jago provide for visa application purposes?
To support visa applications, Jago can provide an Account Statement/Bank Statement and a Bank Reference Letter in English, according to your visa requirements.
Does the e-Statement downloaded from the app already include a wet stamp, and can it be used directly for visa applications?
Yes. By default, the e-Statement downloaded from the Jago app does not include a wet stamp or manual signature because it already contains digital verification and the bank's official and valid disclaimer. This document can be used directly for visa applications.
However, if the Embassy of the destination country specifically requires a physical document with an original wet stamp, Jago can also provide it. Please follow the application guide here.
How do I download my official monthly e-Statement in the Jago app?
You can download the official monthly e-Statement for all your Pockets by following these steps:
- Open the Jago app.
- Go to Pockets.
- Tap the three-dot (⋮) icon in the top-right corner.
- Select See my e-statements.
- Choose the month you want, then download your e-Statement.
