Using Jago as a Payment Method in Gojek

After linking your Jago to Gojek, your Main Pocket will be available as a payment method. However, you can also add all your Spending Pockets to Gojek and use it as a payment method for different purposes. For example, now you can use your Food Pocket to pay for GoFood, and Transportation Pocket to pay for GoCar!

Attention! Please update your Gojek to ver. 4.24.2 for Android and 4.24 for iOS to enable linking Jago to Gojek

What Gojek services can I pay using Jago Pockets?

For now, you can pay GoFood, GoRide, GoCar, GoBluebird, and GoBills using your Spending Pocket as a payment method.

To add one or more Pockets to your Gojek, follow these steps:

1. Open your Gojek app and tap Explore on the right side of your GoPay balance.

2. Choose Settings and tap the Manage Payment Method.

3. Scroll down to find Jago Pockets and tap Add.

4. Choose the Spending Pocket to add to Gojek.

5. Enter your Jago Password to confirm.

6. Done! Whenever you’re making a payment, you can choose your Spending Pocket as a payment method.

How to use my Spending Pocket as a payment method?

1. When ordering GoRide/GoCar/GoFood/GoBluebird or paying GoBills, tap the payment method.

2. Select the Jago Pocket that you have linked before as the source of funds, or add a new one.

Tip: You can also set Jago Pocket as the default payment method in Gojek. Here are the steps:

• Open the Gojek app and tap Explore next to your GoPay balance
• Tap the Settings menu and tap Manage Payment Methods
• Swipe left on your linked Jago Pocket
   

How to unlink my Pocket from Gojek?

1. Open your Gojek app and tap Explore on the right side of your GoPay balance.

2. Choose Settings and tap the Manage Payment Method.

3. Select one of your Pockets that you want to unlink.

4. Select Unlink Pocket.
