Locking and Unlocking Your Debit Card
In case your card have gone missing or there are suspicious activity using your debit card, you can quickly lock the card from Jago app to prevent any use using the card.
To lock your debit card, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Transaction tab
2. Select "See all" on the Jago Debit Card
3. Choose the card that you wish to lock.
4. Tap the Lock Card button.
5. Your card is now locked until you unlock it manually.
To unlock your debit card, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Transaction tab
2. Select "See all" on the Jago Debit Card
3. Choose the locked card that you wish to unlock.
4. Tap the Unlock Card button, and input your PIN.
5. Your card is now unlocked and can be used for transactions.
