Forgot Email, PIN or Password

You're required to have e-mail and password during registration process, while App PIN is created when you first log in.

I Forgot My Application PIN

If you forgot your application PIN, you can still log in using your password. To reset your PIN, follow the steps below.

1. Delete your Jago application from your phone, and redownload it through Play Store or App Store.
2. Open the newly downloaded Jago app.
3. On the front page of the app, input your phone number and password as registered before.
4. Input the verification code sent to your phone.
5. You are asked to create a new PIN. Go and create a new and secure PIN.
6. Congratulations! Now you can use your new PIN to log in to Jago. 

I Forgot My Password

You can use Forgot Password feature from the login screen, or from the Settings once you've logged in.

1. Tap the Forgot? button on the login screen.
2. Input your registered Email and e-KTP to verify.
3. Input the verification code sent to your registered phone number.
4. Create a new password. Make sure it's secure.
5. Create a new PIN for logging in.
6. Now you have a new password and PIN.
