Forgot Email, PIN or Password

You're required to have e-mail and password during registration process, while App PIN is created when you first log in.

I Forgot My Application PIN

If you forgot your application PIN, you can still log in using your password. To reset your PIN, follow the steps below.

  1. Delete your Jago application from your phone, and redownload it through Play Store or App Store.
  2. Open the newly downloaded Jago app.
  3. On the front page of the app, input your phone number and password as registered before.
  4. Input the verification code sent to your phone.
  5. You are asked to create a new PIN. Go and create a new and secure PIN.

I Forgot My Password

You can use Forgot Password feature from the login screen, or from the Settings once you've logged in.

 

  1. Click the "Email/Phone Number" field on the main page of the Jago app.
  2. Click the "Forgot Password" button located just below the Password field.
  3. Enter the registered phone number/email and ID card number.
  4. Enter the OTP sent to the registered phone number.
  5. Create a new password and PIN.
