Forgot Email, PIN or Password
You're required to have e-mail and password during registration process, while App PIN is created when you first log in.
I Forgot My Application PIN
If you forgot your application PIN, you can still log in using your password. To reset your PIN, follow the steps below.
- Delete your Jago application from your phone, and redownload it through Play Store or App Store.
- Open the newly downloaded Jago app.
- On the front page of the app, input your phone number and password as registered before.
- Input the verification code sent to your phone.
- You are asked to create a new PIN. Go and create a new and secure PIN.
I Forgot My Password
You can use Forgot Password feature from the login screen, or from the Settings once you've logged in.
- Click the “Email/Phone Number” field on the Jago app’s main page.
- Click the “Forgot Password” button located right below the Password field.
- Enter the registered phone number/email and ID number (KTP).
- Click “Take a selfie!”
- Point the front camera and make sure your face is clearly visible.
- After this, we will send an OTP code to the registered number to create a new password. You cannot use the same password as before.
Note: You can log back in to your Jago account using your new password. After that, enter the OTP code sent to your registered number. Then, set your PIN (you can use your previous PIN or create a new one).
