Log In Using Other Device
Jago strengthens the security of your Jago account when you log into your account using another device with the 2-Step Verification process.
If I Still Have My Old Phone
1. Log in to the Jago application with your new phone.
2. On your old device/phone, you will receive a notification in the Jago application.
3. Tap notification sent by Jago.
4. Recheck the information about the device and time listed on the page.
5. Choose This Was Me if the information listed is correct and it's really you try to log in.
6. Or choose It's Wasn't Me if it's not you.
7. On your new device/phone, enter the verification code that was sent to the registered phone number.
8. Create a new device PIN and confirm the PIN.
If I Don't Have My Old Phone
1. Log in to the Jago application with your new phone, enter the registered email or phone number and password
2. Choose "Verify on this device instead".
3. Enter the e-KTP number registered at Jago.
4. Tap "Take Selfie" for face verification
5. Enter the OTP/verification code that was sent to your phone number.
6. Create a new PIN and confirm the PIN.
Tip:
- If your face verification is unsuccessful, you'll be connected with Jago Customer Service for manual verification.
- You can always manage your devices that have been registered in your account through the Settings menu in your Jago account. Learn how to do it here.
Can I log in to the Jago app with several devices at the same time?
Yes, you can log in to the Jago application with several devices at the same time. But to log in with your new device, you need to complete the 2-Step Verification process first.
