I have signed up for GoPay Simpanan through the Gojek app but have yet to register Jago. How do I register to Jago?
You can register to Jago by downloading the Jago app from Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS), then following these easy steps:
1. On the Jago welcome screen, tap on the Log In button
2. Because you are already signed up for GoPay Tabungan but don't have a Jago account yet, tap on the Forget Password option
3. Input your registered Email and NIK to verify
4. Input the verification code we send to the registered phone number
5. Create a password and make sure it's secure
6. Create a PIN for logging in to the Jago app
7. Now you have a new password and PIN!
How do I deactivate my GoPay Simpanan account?
You can deactivate your GoPay Simpanan through the Gojek app.
If you are certain to deactivate GoPay Simpanan, make sure there is no remaining balance in your GoPay Simpanan account before requesting this account deactivation. If it's still there, please make a transfer or spend it all before completing this request.
After ensuring the things described above, you can make a deactivation request to Gojek via the Gojek app > open the Gojek Help page (under My Profile menu) and choose the "I want to deactivate Simpanan" article. Gojek team will help you.
The process for deactivating GoPay Simpanan is following the terms and conditions of Bank Jago and then the user agrees to close the GoPay Simpanan account (pocket), the process of which is carried out by Bank Jago. After GoPay Simpanan is deactivated, users can continue to use GoPay electronic money.
