Video Call Activation
If you choose to activate your Jago via video call at the end of the registration process, you can follow these steps:
Tip: Prepare your ID Card, and make sure to have a stable internet connection for a smooth activation process.
1. Tap Start Video Call to begin.
2. If Jago asks to access your camera and microphone, choose Allow
3. Once you're connected with our crew, follow their instructions.
4. We will send you a confirmation email & push notification if your account is activated.
Am I getting charged?
Video call won't be charged as it uses your internet connection, so make sure to have a sufficient quota during the video call.
What is the agent's operational hour?
Our agents are always ready to activate your account 24/7.
Tips to have a smooth activation process
1. Ensure you have a strong signal or connect to a stable Wi-Fi network connection.
2. Ensure to have good lighting.
3. Ensure to have a decent volume for the video call.
How to enable my microphone permission
iOS: Go to Settings > Safari > Settings for Websites > Microphone > Allow
Android: Tap three-dots on the top right corner of the Chrome > Tap 'Settings' > Site settings > Set Microphone to Allowed
