How do I calculate the average daily balance?
Sum up the daily closing balance in all of your Pockets (including Shared Pockets if you're the owner, while the Partner Pockets that are linked to your account are not included) during a period of time and divide it by the number of days in that period of time.

Suppose the balance of your Pockets in August is as follows:

Your daily average balance will be:

= ((4xRp0) + (7xRp200,000) + (5xRp500,000) + (8xRp1,000,000) + (3xRp700,000) + (3xRp100,000)) / 31

= (0 + 1,400,000 + 2,500,000 + 8,000,000 + 2,100,000 + 300,000) / 31

= Rp461,290

Which Partner Pockets are included and are not included in the average daily balance calculation?
Stockbit and Trimegah are counted, while the balances in GoPay and Bibit Pockets are not.

How do I know if I’ve met the level requirements?
The best way is by calculating your average daily balance until the end of the month, ensuring it meets the required minimum amount and stay linked to at least one of Jago’s partners. You will be able to see if you've been upgraded to a higher level, stay at your current level, or downgraded to a lower level on the first day of the following month.

Why don’t I get a free digital/physical debit card?
While the benefits of free quota transfer, e-Wallet top-ups, and cash withdrawal at Bersama ATM are updated every month, the maximum free debit card quota you can get in your Jago lifetime is 3 digital cards and 3 physical cards.
For example, if you've upgraded to the Silver Jagoan level (and are therefore entitled to 1 free digital debit card and 1 free physical debit card) and requested 1 digital debit card for free before the Account Level program is applied, you will not get anymore free digital debit card as you have exceeded your quota. In addition, you’re only entitled to 1 free physical debit card.

Will my free debit card quota be automatically renewed every month?
No. If you have used up all of your free quota, you will be charged for the additional cards (Rp40,000/card).

Are there any requirements for creating a debit card?
New users must have a minimum balance of Rp500,000 to create a Jago Visa Debit Card. You can only apply for/create a debit card max. 1x24 hours after top-up.

Can I still create a debit card if my balance is less than Rp500,000?
Yes, but you will be charged Rp40,000 per card.

Will I still be charged for ATM cash withdrawal?
If you have used up your monthly free ATM cash withdrawal quota, you will be charged at the current rate (Rp7.500). Please check this page for more info

How it works: two real examples

Example 1

Suppose you’re at the Silver Jagoan level on June 1, 2022. Your average daily balance by the end of May was Rp1,000,000 and you have linked your account to GoPay or Bibit. On July 1, 2022, you will either be:

• downgraded to Jagoan level if you don’t maintain at least Rp500,000 average daily balance in your Pockets until June 30 and/or unlink your account from GoPay or Bibit.
• upgraded to Gold Jagoan level if you can maintain at least Rp3,000,000 average balance in your Pockets each day until June 30 and keep your account linked to GoPay or Bibit.

Example 2

Suppose you’re at the Silver Jagoan level starting June 1, 2022. Your average daily balance by the end of May was Rp500,000, and you have linked your account to GoPay or Bibit. On June 15, 2022, your average daily balance is Rp1,000,000. On July 1, 2022, you will either be:

• downgraded to Jagoan level if you don’t maintain at least Rp500,000 average daily balance in your Pockets until June 30 and/or unlink your account from GoPay or Bibit.
• upgraded to Gold Jagoan level if you can maintain the required average daily balance for this level by adding at least Rp5,150,000 into any of your Pockets and maintain it until June 30, 2022, and keep your account linked to GoPay or Bibit.
